Nicole Anderson is a nationally recognized business leader and change-maker, best known as the CEO of MEND HR Solutions, a premier human resource and recruiting firm based in Palm Beach County, Florida. Since launching her entrepreneurial journey in 2017, Nicole has built MEND into a go-to HR partner for Fortune 100 and 500 companies as well as startups and small to mid-size businesses.
Nicole is the author of "HR is Sexy! Revolutionizing Human Resources" and has been featured by ABC, NBC, CBS, The CW, and Forbes. Her achievements have earned her recognition as one of the Top 12 Organizational Change Makers in the U.S., one of Miami's Top 50 Leaders, and a 2024 Top 10 Woman of Distinction.
Beyond the boardroom, Nicole is the Founder and CEO of Love Inspiring Life, a nonprofit dedicated to ending sexual exploitation and trafficking through public education, legislative advocacy, and survivor support. She also owns two boxing gyms in South Florida, because she brings the same intensity to everything she does.
